Second to last month of the year … I won’t even get into how I feel about that! Instead, let’s jump right into my monthly currents for November 2017.

Excited for | the release of Chip and Jo’s Target collaboration! I’m sure it will be survival of the fittest both online and in-store to get your hands on anything, but I’ll stay hopeful. Honestly, I’d settle for just this wreath and doormat.
Reading | a royally stupid royal romance story (see what I did there? 😉 ). Before that, I finished A Thousand Letters by Staci Hart that’s a modern retelling of Jane Austen’s Persuasion. For a BookBub freebie, it actually was pretty good! My monthly book recap will be up in a couple weeks, but in the meantime you can find all my reviews here.
Watching | a few new releases on Netflix, our favorite being Mindhunter. It took us a couple episodes to get into it, but then we flew through it. I can’t WAIT for season two. And, just like the rest of the world we’re working our way through season two of Stranger Things. So far, I’m not overly impressed.
Listening to | Yours by Russell Dickerson. This song randomly came on in the car one day, and I’ve been in love ever since. If Ryan and I ever renew our vows, this will more than likely be our song. His whole album is available via Amazon Prime Music, and it’s pretty good!
Cooking | casseroles and slow cooker meals galore! Any favorite recipes that you want to send my way? I’m pretty excited to give this baked chicken Parmesan casserole a try.
Planning | everything for our Thanksgiving hosting duties! I plan to start writing out my menu and grocery list this weekend. And, even though I said in my fall home tour post that I planned to keep our table the same as last year I still changed my mind. Typical! I already purchased the new “major” items, so now there’s just a few little things I want to find. Can’t wait to show you!
Looking forward to | a productive weekend ahead of house projects, maybe an afternoon movie, and hosting our new friends Sunday for chili night!
